Dial-a-Bottle Beer and Liquor Store Home Delivery

Absolutely BRUTAL!! Do not call this company. They don't show up half the time and especially if they are getting close to closing they will say whatever to get you off the phone. I ordered some drinks for my 30th birthday at 8:30 at night ( they are open until 10 pm) and no one showed up. I called at 9:45 to confirm my order was coming and they said it would come any minute.... 11:00 pm and no one showed up. I will NEVER call this company again as this is a common occurrence with them....

After an hour and a half, I got tired of waiting and cancelled my order. First - and LAST - time using this service.

Wouldn't give -1000 stars if I could, I ordered 6pack of carlining. Was giving 6pack of carling ice! Asked for refund was rudly denied! And spoken to rudly! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

This service is the worst I have ever experienced. Called 3 hrs after ordered,..no response. Still waiting...best to bypass this, as there is no service here. Wish I could give a zero star rating

HORRIBLE!! I had my order finally delivered after an Hour and twenty minutes, on a Monday! Then when he finally got here he went to the wrong door, and fought me on a tip when he did his job properly. I called in and they could CARE LESS!! Do not use them!
