Dial-a-Bottle Beer and Liquor Store Home Delivery

If I could give zeros stars I would, horrible customer service over the phone and took 3 hours for a bottle to arrive

Complete garbage. It took over 2 hours for my order to arrive, without a phone call to inform me that it would be longer than 1 hour. Order arrives with some incorrect items, and an expensive bottle of wine with the label stained (was supposed to be a gift). Called customer service twice, both times the representative said the driver would call me back to correct the order. It has now been over an hour with no call back. Do not waste your time or money on this scam.

I would give it five stars except I was told by a driver if I use the app I can order cigarettes, but there is no option for this. this is literally the only thing I can find wrong. Every driver has been wonderful, friendly and timely. Call centre has always been lovely as well

Customer service is nothing but rude, inpatient, and after all that. They had the nerve to call back and say the delivery charge would be more because I’m too close to Stoney creek, even though my mail clearly says Hamilton. Won’t be recommending or using again.

3 hour wait finally cancelled and used a different service. And the operator was rude.
