we found your staff extremely helpful in making available choices to suit our needs. They did not hover over us while we tried to make a decision. Tracy was extremely helpful when we were picking out materials and choices of sectional furniture. I would recommend Bad Boy to anyone interested in furniture and/or appliances.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. This place is awesome. The owner takes pride in his work and the items that he sells in his store. He is very helpful and the fact that he accommodates with Layaway and also has Consignment is an added BONUS! You are a great guy and your store is fantastic!!! Thank you for my end tables for my newly decorated living room. You can trust I will definitely be back!!!

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.
