My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

Very professional and accommodating. They were able to work around our schedule. They took the time to explain things to me and were very quick efficient and clean! They installed a gas fireplace for us and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stonework around it! I would recommend this business to everyone. Great customer service.
