What excellent service and atmosphere. My server, Christopher, was refined, courteous and attemtive. What I found outstanding was his ability to deliver a plate to the table as a sincere communication between two mutually respectful persons. No banging of plates! Everything was cooked expertly and was served promptly snd piping hot. This restaurant is a treat not to be missed by all breakfast enthusiasts for miles around. You will want to come back again and again. Classy, clean, comfortable, and absolutely positive atmosphere. Unbeatable food quality...reasonably priced. BRAVO... My sister always raves about this place. So, I asked to bring something the next time she goes. She ordered "Rice & Chicken". It comes with 2 small pita's as well. As soon as I tasted it, I fell in love. I'm not sure if it's healthy for you, but the taste was amazing. The rice was pretty creamy with their special sauce and chicken was cooked very well. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton. I do hope they open another location in the city. Lire plus

My husband and I have been to Boo's twice. On both occassions we had a wonderful time and meal (as well as wine). The server was extremely gracious and considerate. He came to check on our meal a couple of times, but was not intrusive whatsoever (allowing for an intimate and romantic evening). The food was delicious. The servings were of good size (in our opinion) -- I was very full when I left, as was my husband. We had crab cakes for an appetizer - these were rich in real crab meat with little filler. As for mains, I had a salmon dish (the special) and my husband had Boo's signature dish (a steak). Ingredients were fresh, and there was a nice serving of vegetables (also flavourful and well done). It is a quiet atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We will definitely go back. Lire plus

The Bean Bar is a really good low key restaurant in the Westdale neighbourhood. They provide an extensive menu with a wide variety to choose from at a reasonable price. The food is fantastic and comes in portions that are not overwhelming where you can't finish it - just perfect. I brought my parents here to see what it was like and it exceeded their expectations. I had the ham and maple cranberry wrap and it was terrific. Definitely hit the spot. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed and mellow which is nice to have conversation. It's a good place for lunch or an early supper. The staff is super friendly so the service is great. If you're ever in Westdale, it's definitely worth checking out. Lire plus
