The installers were absolutely so professional and did a crazy wonderful job, working, cleaning up, taking care to make no mess at all. We had canadian choose windows placed into our trailer in late feb and in order to get there bate picture had to be taken well it took until april 18/18 to have the final pictures taken and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the rebate,and we were also told at the time of ordering our windows where they were single pane and replaced by triple pane with a rebate of close to 900 -1000 dollars rebate now we have to wait for another 6weeks and were told maybe getting $600. Sad not happy.
